You need to reissue your password.

Access to the Log in to Identity Manager Log In page and enter your user ID.

Log in to Identity Manager

Enter your userID.
Click the “Forgot Your Password?” button.

Enter your e-mail address.
Click the “Password initialize” button.

Click the “OK” button.

An e-mail entitled “Password Reset” will be sent to the user in a minute.

Access to the Log in to Identity Manager page and enter your user ID and the password.

Click the URL which is included in the e-mail message.

Log in to Identity Manager

Enter your UserID and the Initial Password.
Click the “Login” button.

Click the “Change Password” button.

Enter your password.
Click the “Change Password” button.


! Your password must satisfy the following conditions.
- Use half-size alphanumeric characters only, and at least one numeral must be included.
- It must contain six characters or more but no more than 20 characters.
*Passwords should be controlled personally. Control your password strictly so that it will never be revealed to a third party.

This completes the password changing procedure.
Click the “OK” button.
