Check whether any search toolbar (such as Yahoo! and Google toolbar) has been installed on the browser.

If it has been installed, disable the pop-up blocking (or pop-up blocker) function from the search toolbar, or delete (uninstall) the toolbar.

If it has not been installed, disable the pop-up blocking function after proceeding as “Internet Explorer” -> “Tool” -> “Internet Option” -> “Privacy”.
